Day 2

Menalon Trail & Lousios Gorge
Hiking — Nature — History

Hiking: Section 1 — Stemnitsa → Dimitsana
12.5 km | ~5 hours | Along the Lousios Gorge.

Monastery of Philosopher & Monastery of Prodromos
Impressive monasteries built on the rocks above the mythical Lousios River.

Open-Air Museum of Watermills of Dimitsana
Unique museum — 18th-19th century water-powered workshops in operation. Entrance fee extra.

Rest & Dinner in Dimitsana
Lunch at the village restaurant with a view of the gorge.

Day 3

Vytina, Mainalo & Alternative Activities
Mountain Village — Forest — Adventure

Walk in the Mainalo Forest
Fir forest at 1,600m. — Nordic walking, nature photography, picnic. Ideal for families.

Mainalo Ski Center (winter packages)
Skiing, snowboarding, children’s slopes. Summer: panoramic view & mountain bike trails.

Vytina — Stemnitsa — Zatouna
Visit the most beautiful mountain villages. Local products, silversmithing (Stemnitsa), coffee.
Rafting / Kayaking in Lousios (optional)

With local providers. Ideal for groups & younger visitors. Additional cost.

Day 4

Return to Athens
Breakfast — Shopping — Departure

Rich breakfast at the hotel with honey, local cheeses, homemade jams — one of the best in the area.

Shopping for local products
Tsipouro, Arcadian honey, Arcadian cheese, Mainalo herbs, ceramics.

Departure for Athens
Departure early afternoon.
