Open the page of the experience you like and fill in the short request form (your name, email, phone, number of guests and dates). We check availability and reply with a personal offer. Your booking is confirmed only when you accept it – sending a request does not commit you to anything.

Every request gets a personal answer from our team within 24 hours. Our office hours are Monday–Friday 09:00–21:00, Saturday 09:00–18:00 and Sunday 09:00–14:00 (Greek time). For something urgent you can also message us on WhatsApp.

Most of our trips are private and tailored: the price depends on the number of people, the dates, your pick-up point and any extras such as a guide or an extra night. Instead of a generic price we send you an exact offer for your group.

Yes – this is what we do best. Tell us your dates, your interests and your pace, and we will combine hiking, culture, food, transfers and accommodation into one plan. Contact us with a few details and we will send you a proposal.

The free cancellation period depends on the experience and is shown in the information box at the top of each page (for example "Up to 7 days" or "Up to 14 days" before the start). The exact terms are also written in the offer we send you before you confirm.

The group size for each experience is shown at the top of its page. For larger groups, such as hiking clubs, families or company teams, please contact us.

The Menalon Trail is well waymarked, so experienced hikers can walk it on their own with our transfers and a printed map. A professional local hiking guide can be arranged on request – we recommend one for groups and for the longer sections. See all Menalon Trail options.

Each hike shows its distance, walking time and difficulty. Moderate sections suit anyone who walks regularly; the difficult ones are long days in the mountains for experienced hikers. On our 5-day Menalon packages every hiking day has an easier option, and we are always happy to advise you.
