Nostos Country House is a group of restored historic buildings on the square of Agios Stefanos in Tsagarada, on the green Aegean side of Mount Pelion.
Every room is different and named after a Centaur of Pelion myth, with views to the sea, the mountain or the gardens. They share fireplaces, wooden ceilings and chestnut wood from the local forests. Breakfast is traditional, with homemade pies and local produce, and there is a living room with a fireplace, a library and gardens.

Explore Mount Pelion
Mount Pelion rises right above Volos, with stone villages hidden in chestnut and plane forests and beaches on both the Pagasetic Gulf and the Aegean. Old cobbled paths (kalderimia) link villages such as Makrinitsa, Portaria, Tsagarada and Milies, and the little steam train still runs from Ano Lechonia to Milies in the warm months.

How to get here from Athens
Tsagarada is on the Aegean side of Pelion, about 45 km from Volos and roughly 4 hours by car from Athens. Buses from Athens go only as far as Volos, with few connections up to the villages, so the easiest way is a private transfer from Athens or Athens airport straight to your hotel.
