Prima Vista is a boutique hotel built like an amphitheatre directly above the beach of Agia Paraskevi in Sivota, so almost every room looks straight out to the sea and the Ionian sunsets.

Explore Sivota
Sivota (Syvota) is a small fishing village on the Thesprotia coast, just south of Igoumenitsa, surrounded by green islets and coves with turquoise water. Bella Vraka, Agia Paraskevi and the other beaches are a few minutes apart, small boats explore the islets, and Parga and the River Acheron are within easy reach.

How to get here from Athens
Agia Paraskevi is one of the beaches of Sivota. Igoumenitsa port, with ferries from Italy and Corfu, is only about 25 km away, and Preveza (Aktion) airport is about 1 h 30 by car. From Athens it is around 5 hours – we arrange private transfers from all three.
