Package 3 · 4–5 nights · before or after your yacht charter from Lavrio
The Peloponnese few visitors see: a red-cliff coast, a hidden bay, Byzantine Mystras, Ancient Messene and the stone villages of Arcadia, with two easy hikes.
Best for: Travellers who want the real Greece – nature, food and villages, far from the crowds.
Day 1 – Leonidio
Drive to the red cliffs of Leonidio. A short hike around the town, a swim at Plaka beach, dinner in the old town. Night in Leonidio.
Day 2 – Kyparissi
A mountain road to the secluded bay of Kyparissi: swimming, fish tavernas, a slow afternoon. Night in Kyparissi.
Day 3 – Mystras
The Byzantine town of Mystras, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, then over the Taygetos mountains to Kalamata. Night in Kalamata.
Day 4 – Ancient Messene & Arcadia
Ancient Messene and its Arcadian Gate in the morning, then the stone villages of Stemnitsa and Dimitsana. Lunch and free time. Night in Dimitsana or Lagkadia.
Day 5 – Lousios Gorge
An easy section of the Menalon Trail in the Lousios Gorge, past monasteries built into the cliffs. Lunch, then back to Lavrio or the airport.
Before or after your charter
Before: we meet you at Athens Airport and drop you at Lavrio marina in time to board. After: we pick you up at the marina and finish at the airport or your Athens hotel. Lavrio is about 30 minutes from Athens Airport.
With 4 nights
We skip Kyparissi and drive from Leonidio to Mystras and Kalamata on day 2.
Good to know
The hikes are short and easy. Driving days are planned with stops; every time can be adapted.
