They were built with respect for the landscape and the traditional architecture of the Mani, and the sunsets from the terraces are unforgettable.
The four villas – Oria, Passava, Lefktro and Zarnata – are fully equipped stone houses with covered terraces, several with a private hot tub looking out to sea, and bedrooms with stone walls and traditional wrought-iron beds. The hosts can arrange local experiences such as stand-up paddle, snorkelling and sea kayaking, and Kardamyli’s harbour, tavernas and walking trails are a short drive away.

Explore the Mani
The Mani is the wild middle peninsula of the Peloponnese: stone tower villages like Vathia, the Taygetos mountains rising straight from the sea, small harbours such as Limeni and Gerolimenas, the Diros caves and quiet pebble coves. How to get here from Athens
Polismata Residences are in Kardamyli, about 1 hour by car from Kalamata airport and about 3½ hours from Athens. The closest airport is Kalamata (about 1 to 2 hours by car, depending on where you stay). There are few buses in the Mani, so the easiest way is a private transfer from Kalamata airport, Athens or the port – with stops on the way if you like.
