About this Tour

The excursion
Meet your driver at the port exit with a name sign and drive through the countryside of Ilia to Ancient Olympia. Walk the sanctuary at your own pace: the Temple of Zeus, the Temple of Hera where the Olympic flame is lit, the Philippeion and the stone tunnel into the ancient stadium. Visit the Archaeological Museum, home of the Hermes of Praxiteles, then enjoy a coffee or lunch in the village before returning to Katakolo.
