Dio Escapes Signature Houses are five independent stone houses in an olive grove at Pera Melana, on the coast between Tyros and Leonidio and about 500 metres from the sea. Set on a sloping hillside, every house looks out over the Myrtoan Sea, and the complex shares a swimming pool and outdoor spaces.
Choose a Two-Bedroom House (75 m², up to 5 guests), a Three-Bedroom House (100 m², up to 7 guests, one bedroom with its own entrance and bathroom) or the Deluxe Three-Bedroom House on three levels (120 m², up to 8 guests). Each has a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a private terrace or garden, wooden floors and chestnut-wood ceilings. All five houses together host up to 30 guests – a good base for larger families or groups exploring Leonidio, Tyros and Mount Parnon.

Leonidio lies at the mouth of the Dafnon gorge, under huge red cliffs, with a lively old town of tower houses and a short drive to the beaches of Plaka and Poulithra. It is one of the best rock-climbing areas in Europe and home of the famous Tsakonian aubergine.

How to get here from Athens
Dio Escapes Signature Houses are at Pera Melana, between Tyros and Leonidio, about 2¾ hours by car from Athens and the airport. There is no train in Arcadia and few buses, so the easiest way is a private transfer: your driver meets you at the airport, port or your hotel in Athens and brings you to the door – with stops on the way if you like.
